This weeks topic is: Womens Healing Teaching women how to make a change to erradicate fear and stagnation About Fahmeeda Veal Fahmeeda grew up in a home where the family was conscious of the food that was eaten. There was always a bowl of fresh fruit on the dining table. Sunday brunch was always whole wheat biscuits and honey. The first born of six siblings she has always been concerned with helping others stay safe and healthy. After a trip to Dimona, Israel and witnessing the dietary habits of The African Hebrew Israelites the wellness, the skin, hair textures and the youthful appearance of all hat she met there, took her closer to exploring the affect of food in connection with mind body and spirit. Fahmeeda is a graduate of Edward Waters College. A former Peace corps Volunteer in Lesotho Africa. A graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York. Fahmeeda has traveled across the U.S. speaking at Womens Healing Conferences for Hazelden and Betty Ford Foundations.
